1.The LeadJoy VX2 AimBox is sold after the previous version and is the same as the previous version. If you have any problems with it, you can reach us promptly and we will reply to your message within 24 hours.
2.Currently the LeadJoy VX2 AimBox only supports playing the PS4 version of the game on PS5 consoles. And it needs to be connected via the original PS4 controller or an official third party licensed controller.
3.Regarding the keyboard and mouse not being recognised, the LeadJoy VX2 AimBox is not compatible with some brands of keyboard and mouse, so we suggest you try another brand of mouse and keyboard. Preferably a keyboard and mouse without programming.
4.The headphone jack on the LeadJoy VX2 AimBox currently only receives audio and cannot output audio.
5.The VX AimBox’s mouse conversion technology will assume that the relevant options such as [View Sensitivity] in your game settings are at their maximum. In any case, it must be turned up to give you the best aiming performance.
