Meet Camilla Stephens
Camilla began making pies in 2003, having trained as a cook at Leiths School of Food & Wine. She worked for several years as a food writer and editor before becoming Head of Development for Starbucks, expanding their food range. She left to follow her dreams and start her own business – Higgidy – alongside her husband, James, building on her philosophy of nourishing home cooking and the joy that food can bring. Since then, Higgidy has become one of the UK’s fastest-growing food businesses and its products are stocked in major supermarkets across the UK.
